Hello!

I am a girl who has been bitten by the wanderlust bug and have been travelling since. I currently reside in Calgary, AB, Canada but I am originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

I speak fluent English and used to teach reception in the UK and kindergarten here in Alberta. I decided to take a break from teaching for a bit though to get back into working with special needs children. I currently am an Educational Assistant at a special needs school in a preschool class and love what I do.

I am easy going and love meeting new people. I do tend to be shy at first but open up quickly and have been told that I am very easy to get along with and have been told that I'm funny. I do love to laugh and can usually get along with almost anybody.

I am looking forward to meeting all the wonderful people out there during my travels! :-)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I have heard such great reviews from people who have travelled with Couchsurfing and met some amazing people.

I am hoping to meet some amazing people that will welcome me to their homes via Couchsurfing while I travel. I would also like to meet people who can show me around different places within their respective places of residence and I will gladly return the favour!

One amazing thing I've seen or done...it's hard to pick just one thing. One of the most amazing things anybody could ever do is help those less fortunate in any way they possibly can. Giving back is always amazing.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I can share stories and offer my help with my hosts. I can help my host better their grasp of the English language if they wish to learn. I can offer strategies that may help their children if any of their children are special needs.
