Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not actually couch surfed at all yet through this site. I have several friends who have used it and raved about it so I thought I'd give it a shot! It would be fun to meet people who are traveling.

Interests

I run, swim, and bike. I love to bake, which cancels out my first three interests. I (unsurprisingly) love to travel both in the US and abroad. I am hard pressed to walk by a dog and not ask its owner if I can pet the dog because there are few things more awesome in life than dogs.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies - funny ones! Also, anything made by Pixar :) and old movies - Casablanca, Streetcar Named Desire, Gone With the Wind.

Music - almost everything, huge fan of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and the like, enjoy lots of country music, 80s hair bands, punk, etc.

Books - currently reading Travels With Charley and The Man Who Ate Everything. I recommend both!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Offhand going to Africa certainly sticks out. Fascinating and incredibly kind people there, stunning landscape, definitely learned a lot!
