I've backpacking solo for a few months and read about Couchsurfing on numerous backpacking websites and forums. Hostels are great but it would be a really cool experience to hang out with some locals and experience their cities from their perspective!

Sport and music are my two big loves in life, show me any sport and I'll be interested! I also really enjoying just wondering around a new town and trying to get away from all the tourist areas as best I can :-)

I like most genres of music but mostly rap, indie rock and techno. Not a huge movie person, but always open to suggestions. I mostly enjoy reading history/non fiction books, and am always open to suggestions of new books to read :-)

Swimming with a wild turtle in the reefs back in Australia! They are quicker than they look!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good company, someone to drink a beer/wine with, I can cook and/or clean if you like! Of course if anyone is looking to head over to Australia I can provide plenty of suggestions!
