CURRENT MISSION

I wish to share my love of music and passion for Jesus with all people that I meet. However, I am always happy to discuss any philosophy with any person over a delicious IPA or stout.

ABOUT ME

I am extremely outgoing and positive. Singing and teaching are two of my most important passions, and I love sharing that with other people. I enjoy a fine beer and love learning about brewing science and craft. I have a lot of food allergies, but that has caused me to develop and love for cooking, and most people say that I'm a pretty darned good cook.

Interests

If I'm not in the practice room or rehearsal, I enjoy watching sci-fi and playing board games. I am a bit of a homebody in that way, but I do love to travel and meet new people as well. I like a good hike, especially anywhere near Fort Collins.

Music, Movies, and Books

Anything sci-fi, Sherlock Holmes, Jane Austen, Jules Verne, C.S. Lewis, or Tolkein. I also love the TV shows "Alias" and "Fringe". When I'm not listening to opera, I LOVE folk and bluegrass.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled to Italy with the Colorado State University chamber choir and had the opportunity to sing with some of the most amazing musicians in churches for which the music we were singing was written. I also got to perform Bach's B Minor Mass with a professional group in the summer of 2012. The experience of singing something of that magnitude with a top-notch professional group was really incredible.
