ABOUT ME

I am a lot about music, and a huge variety thereof. Music is one of those thin, silky-silvery threads that join every person who was and is.
I am a lot about friends, making them and loving them. And getting love from them. And exploring with them. Recharging each other's emotional batteries.
I am about exchanges of all sorts.
I am about respect for one's environment and appreciation for what one is able to experience.
I am about family. Support and good times and bad and learning about each other and through each other, one's self.
I am about education. In a somewhat broad sense. It is such an important thing. Everyone must strive to get the education they need and deserve.
I am about questioning, which has a lot to do with education too. Sometimes I am about too much questioning and that becomes something not-fun.
I am sometimes very afraid of bad things happening, but I guess I shouldn't think about that.
It's likely I have the same fears you have.
I am about the intrigue of night-time, night-swimming, night-gazing, night-shapes that were day-things.
I am about the poetry of the land. And its people.
And a lot of other things I don't know. I can only write "some" about me.

PHILOSOPHY

Woah. I'm working on it. And will probably be doing so for a long while. But basic principles are appreciation of people and environment, open-mindedness, assertiveness. Knowing that my own lifestyle does have an effect on the world and promoting that idea. Investing in relationships. Being passionate. Maintaining a fervent desire to learn and passing it on.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to this thing, so at the moment I am not doing anything at all. I hope to meet a lot of couchsurfers in the next while and strengthen the network. When I have my own place one day I will be able to be more free with my couch!
