About Me

Entering the next phase of my life, not planning on settling down in any one particular place for very long. I've lived in Vancouver for the last four and half years; the first two were spent with a girl I moved out west with, the last two spent with a group of musicians and friends, DJing, partying and traveling. Now I'm trying to return to more conscious living, make new connections, stay healthy and produce music which is my passion. I'm a three time burner, ride a motorcycle, and love snowboarding.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Currently embarking on my third cross country motorcycle trip and would love to meet new people on the way. I have a tent and like to camp, so getting to stay with some cool people would be a bonus. I'm also planning on traveling through northern South American starting in December and would love to meet some people there too.

Interests

Music: all kinds, I play guitar, DJ, produce and compose. I listen to pretty much everything except country (unless its badass). I've been riding my bike for last year and half and so far its my favorite way to travel. Snowboarding is also a passion,

Music, Movies, and Books

Flying lotus, Bonobo, classic hip hop, classic rock, good bass music (incl. dnb, dubstep, and proper house music). My tastes are constantly evolving. I tend to like weird and dark movies but will watch almost anything, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's nest is a favorite. My favorite book I've read recently is Siddhartha by Herman Hesse, although I admit I have not done much reading in the last couple years.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently spent two weeks in the desert, one week in advance building Reverbia which is the live music camp at Burning Man.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some guitar and enjoy cooking :) Love to also share traveling stories and tips for places to visit.
