ABOUT ME

I love humans and the planet. I enjoy the outdoors...biking, hiking, kayaking, animals. I am interested in community awareness, natural and simple living. I grew up and continue to live on a small farm in salmon arm bc. I am always happy to try new things and consider myself to have an optimistic attitude toward life.

PHILOSOPHY

I like the Buddhist philosophies, general self awareness, personal growth. I really loved the new earth by eckhart tolle. I believe that most everything in society can be compared to and modelled by the same dynamics that rule a functioning family unit.
I feel that the best way to make change Is to make it within yourself.
Mother Theresa said that "if everyone keeps their own front porch clean, the whole world will be clean"

Interests

Adventure in discovering new things, people and places. I love being in the outdoors. Food, wine, beer, personal growth, fitness of body and mind are a few of my interests.
