I have been on the road since I was 17, hitchhiking my away across the globe with a craving for poetic romance and a simplicity of life only found in transient wanderings. I am first and foremost a musician, but along with that accompanies a love of folklore and history, late night campfires with the telling of old stories, and the degree of connection which shared music and poetry bring to humans. Adventure is a deep craving, and I have found it everywhere from the depths of the ocean to the old growth forest, from the desert to the arctic circle. I love mushroom picking, wild herb gathering, classic literature, buddhist poetry, exploring history, and sitting in the sun! When at home I live in a canvas wall tent in the woods with no electricity, running water, or most modern luxuries, and have learned to uphold and adore a very simple lifestyle.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because sometimes a lonely transient needs a place to sleep. I think you probably know how it is.
