I have 2 children, aged 30 and 27, a girl and a boy. I was brought up in a 4 children family, and meet my family rather often where I am living now in "Ile de Ré", our paradise (in front of La Rochelle.
I studied in a business high school and had several jobs : lots of them dealing with services and public services (water and cable TV distribution, economic development, electricity) . My last job, before retiring a few days ago, was by EDF Electricité de France.
I have learnt english and german, and have studied in GB an In Germany.
I like travelling, hosting travellers and have received a lot of times in my home.
Last year, I exchanged several times my house and is used (and fond) of it. I am respectfull of people, cautious with their flats.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

With my boyfriend, we want to visit New York from the 28th April to the 6th mai and are looking for accomodation.
We want to meet some people and discover the "New York" way of life.
It is always more interesting meeting some hosts than looking for hotels. It is also ... less expensive, that is true !
