ABOUT ME

I'm currently living in Boston, MA with two roommates. I LOVE this city, and how it has allowed culture to thrive. I am a musician, I sing more than i realize, I participate in Musical theater productions around the city. I love colors and I love to accesorize - Jewelry, stars, sparkles
I have a song for everything. I've been told that I have a very unique and bubbly laugh.
I also love to travel and experince new cultures and meet new people.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a Christian and I yearn to see the beauty around the world, both in nature and man made creations. Most importantly the beauty in relationships with the people around us. I travel to expand my world view and learn first about things first hand. There are things in this world that we as human beings should take notice and care about.

-the outdoors: I love Hiking, camping, camfires - LOVE THEM, skiing, softball - i'm the pitcher for my team, spending the whole day at the beach doing nothing
-I'm interested in things related to ethnomusicology - i'm intrigued by ways that culture directly and indirectly affects genre's of music/religious conviction/etc. and also how music and harmonies relate and interact with the world around us
-I anticipate visiting local brewery's wherever i go

Some of my favorite books are: The Alchemist, Cry, The Beloved Country, Harry Potter :), Girl in Hyacinth Blue, Peace Like a River, Walking on Water: Reflections on Faith and Art.
Music: as a musician thats hard - clearing i am interested in musical theater, but i also feel connected to folk, blue grass.
Movies: chick flicks - pride and prejudice (i can't help it :), movies based on true stories, very insightful and thought provoking movies.
