I'm a Canadian (from Toronto) currently living in Hamburg. I studied philosophy and political science but am currently transitioning into UX design. My big passion is music (writing and playing) and I'm a lover of the arts generally. I also love getting into nature - whether biking, hiking, canoeing, camping (or all of the above); I just wanna get out there!

As I've been travelling one of the things that most struck me was the amazing people I've had the privilege of meeting from all over the world - it can make such a huge difference when you're travelling alone to a new place and provides a far deeper connection than you might get otherwise. I think couchsurfing is a great inroad for this sort of thing

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Was in a pub in a little town on the border of Wales and was speaking with some locals about music, when I mentioned I was curious about what Welsh folk sounded like they began to sing, and before I knew it the whole pub had joined in like a choir. It was incredibly beautiful to hear, especially so when they sang their national anthem.

Always willing to jam, write, or pursue other creative endeavors if you're so inclined . Or if you're inexperienced and would like to try to learn guitar or music generally I'm definitely willing to try to pass on what I can :)
