I'm an Englishman living in Italy since 2002, a professional photographer, married with two kids. A man, as they say, with a great future behind him. I'm friendly, low-stress, I tread gently and I enjoy good conversation with a glass of wine.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

When I was 19 years old I rode around Europe for 7 months on a bicycle. That was my first experience of couchsurfing before couchsurfing. I met some lovely people and found spontaneous hospitality wherever I went.. especially in Italy, which is probably why I ended up living here. That was 30 years ago and now I'm planning another little trip on the bicycle I think it's time to do it again. So here I am.

At home we're probably not ready to accept guests yet. But I'm really happy to share a coffee with whoever's in town.
