About Me
Instagram: @discography | One part do-gooder/social justice advocate, one part musician/dj, one part traveler/dreamer. I like to think I have a (marginally) good sense of humor, if a somewhat dry one. I'll take a great experience over something material any day of the week. I'm someone who tries to live in the moment (keyword: tries).
If you're looking for a bio, I'm a former Obama White House staffer going to business school in the fall. I used to work in the National Economic Council and Dept. of Education on education technology issues--primarily expanding broadband to all kids and providing access to technology in schools. I also taught 2nd grade in a low income school and I completed the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs in NYC.
I DJ from time to time--the last time was in Tokyo in May 2017. I play things like LCD Soundsystem (sometimes DJ with their drummer Pat Mahoney) and classic disco/house edits. I used to play trumpet and can play piano (poorly). If being active is your thing, I'd be up for playing basketball, soccer, tennis--pretty much anything.
