Most things outside, the kayaking, the spearfishing, the biking, the running, hiking, backpacking etc. Skiing, surfing, and climbing are fun as well but I find I most enjoy them when I'm in my comfort zone. Beer and food is always a good combination as well, cooking for friends = good times.
