Back in 2012 I rode my motorbike from Lincoln, UK to Milan, Italy and stayed mostly with Couchsurfers. It was my first couchsurfing experience and I couldn't have asked for a better one. On the road I experienced meeting with wonderful people; funny, kind and hospitable. I loved every second of travelling this way and swore that I would try to pay back my good experiences by sharing my home and culture with travellers like me. I met a lot of very good friends through couchsurfing and have hosted many nationalities, each one of them imparting a little part of their culture with me which I am forever grateful for.
