Hello I'm Colleen. I am an artist/designer/craftsman working in a variety of mediums including painting, drawings, metal work, wood working, 3D printing, weaving, and knitting. In addition to creating, I love to get outdoors; hiking and camping. I am hoping to do long term backpacking trips next year.
My finance, Christoph, may join me on upcoming travels. He is a musician and electrician. We are currently in the process of converting a cargo van for #vanlife travels. We hope to settle in USA or Germany with an organic farm and creative studios.

I am new to international travel in general. I have finished college and worked for a few years now and I realize that I need to travel to get a bigger perspective on the world and experience new cultures and ways of living. I am choosing to couch surf to meet locals of country/city to hopefully guide me to experiences that normal tourists would not have access to. Also hoping to meet some cool and inspiring people and fellow artists.
