About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Live the life, teach English, travel around Spain, meet new people with good souls.
ABOUT ME
I am a grad student in Nashville and I love to travel but don't do it often enough. Recently, I started knitting and I feel like it brings out my inner grandmother. I have been making scarves for my friends and family. I really enjoy play games; cards, Scrabble, Boggle, Quidler, and Clue are some of my favorites. Cooking is another one of my passions; I try to learn a new dish from different places I visit.
PHILOSOPHY
I try to live life to the fullest, no matter what challenges are thrown my way!
Interests
Snowboarding! I learned three years ago to snowboard in Vail and I have fallen in love with spending time on my board in the mountains. I try to go every chance I get.
Music... I find that music can change instantly change my mood. I listen to all kinds of music but right now I am really into Orishas. They are a group from Cuba and not only is there music awesome to listen to it helps me improve my Spanish.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
While living in Mexico I climbed to the top of four different pyramids, each one was a new a different experience. I got sweaty and dirty and loved every minute of it.
In 2011 I was able to participate in NOLS, National Outdoor Leadership School, in Canada. I was able to learn how to sail and sea kayak while meeting wonderful new people and living on the Pacific Ocean!
Summer 2010 I made a vow to try at least one new thing everyday. Some of my favorite “try something new” activities were cliff jumping, getting a tattoo, paddle boarding, camping in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, and taking a road trip through Canada. On the trip to the BWCA, we canoed 50 miles in five days. I was able to see the majesty of the outdoors while pushing myself physically and mentally.
