I want to find something powerfully and profoundly different, but I'm not sure exactly what that is.
I want to explore every facet of the human experience and live without regrets, so I try to live in the moment. Skydiving and bungee jumping are at the top of my to-do list.
Vivre sans regrets.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I want to help foster a sense of community on Couchsurfing. Unfortunately, hosting is currently not a possibility but would love to travel.
I'm pretty shy. Frequently, I find myself reading in coffee shops and used bookstores. I moved to Denver after graduation for college and an elevated sense of independence. I was lucky enough to stumble upon a vibrant art scene; I love to attend poetry slams at a local cafe. However, I wouldn't describe myself as the artsy type, I simply appreciate the cogency of the spoken word. At UCD, I'm double majoring in international studies and French. In the academic arena, I gravitate towards anthropology, foreign languages and physiology. Upon arrival in a new city, I take the opportunity to seek out thrift stores and quirky hole in the wall hangouts. Growing up, affluence had increasingly become an exasperation rigidly defined by the opulent cars and handbags of my classmates. These days, I've embraced a more minimalist philosophy and struggle to limit my attachment to material possessions.
