ABOUT ME

I'm a 26 year old girl, studying law in Washington, D.C. Before going back to school I worked as a journalist and writer in New York City.

Law school can be a little soul-sucking, but I try to keep my creative side alive. I paint and sculpt, sew a little, cook constantly, read comic books, write on my blog (and elsewhere) and take pictures. I love people and I love new experiences.

I'm new to this, but for right now I'm just interested in surfing, but soon hope to be able to host!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Brand new to this, but very excited and enthusiastic. I hosted my friend Ben when he came through DC in September 2010 and want to try out surfing myself on my next trip.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked on a farm in Montana full of pigs, cows, chickens and horses. Harvested tomatoes, garlic, lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, potatoes. Ate like a queen, worked hard every day, sat in the sun, climbed beautiful mountains, smiled a lot.
