我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing looking for adventures to explore the northeast. I've lived in this area for the last 16 years, but have a very limited experience with extensive travel.

I was on hospitality club for a while in Brooklyn and hosted guests during that time. (If you want tips on funny, weird, and great things in Brooklyn, I can totally give you pointers. )

Lately I've been really into going to 8tracks.com and typing in shoegaze or TWEEPOP. My standby records are female blues singers from the 20s- 50s and Neutral Milk Hotel.

Graphic novels are my Achilles' heel. I love John Porcellino, Daniel Clowes & Craig Thompson. I liked Alison Bechdel's Fun Home, but don't really like DtWOF.

I like a combo of experimental art house films (but not French wave. ugh. lazuuur beams of hate.) and procedural mystery tv shows like Law & Order, Person of Interest, The Fall and X-Files. I like some cartoons like Adventure Time, but I'm not crazy about others like Archer or Family Guy. I really like movies.
