About Me

Oh hai, I'm Connor. I work in an office doing general officey things, which isn't the worst job I've had. I prefer to work less hours and make less money so that I can work on things in life that give a great deal more fulfilment, and could just end up being more than hobbies one day.
I enjoy things that are enjoyable, and dislike dramas. My ideal scenario in life is living close to everything I need, and having a good network of different people near me I can spend my time with. Life is short and all that.
In the last two years I've lived in Liverpool, Birmingham, London, Bristol and a small town called Tamworth. There are good points and bad to them all, but I going to keep moving until I find a place that just ticks enough boxes for me.

What else can I say about myself really, I'm fairly entertaining and fun to be around, not too serious of a character!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I want to move to Nottingham, but I want to see a few different areas of the city before I decide where to lay my hat. And so that I can get to know a few peoples around the city as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I became a tattoo artist in 2013, after several years of training. It was an incredible, strange and very stressful time. I stopped in late 2014 when the antisocial hours and workload became a little more than it was worth. Next time you see someone doodling away in a studio spare a thought for them, knowing that they are working at least 10 hours a day and will be lucky to get paid minimum wage if you calculate what they earn total for the hours put in.

Teach, Learn, Share

Sounds positive all that. Depends if you're teaching good things or not.....

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook, clean and am generally very sociable. I'm also perfectly well adjusted, which is a little rare these days. I will guarantee being a guest you would have again, and one you didn't regret getting to know
