I just graduated from college and want to experience more of this amazing world before jumping into a job. I am currently teaching myself computer science and would like to continue doing so while traveling. I am very curious and open-minded and love learning about other people's perspectives of the world. I am traveling Eastern currently and although I've never CouchSurfed before, I feel that it would be the best way to really learn about and understand the places I'm visiting.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For many reasons.
While saving some money while traveling is definitely a consideration as a broke college student, I joined Couchsurfing more-so for the people and experiences. A huge part of my love of traveling is embracing and gaining new perspectives of the world and I believe the best way to do so is to interact with the locals of places around the world and experience how their lives differ from mine. Couchsurfing is an amazing platform for this.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love listening to music and reading books so its hard to name my favorites but I'll list a few. Some of my top rap artists are Chance the Rapper, Kai Straw, Chill Bump, Macklemore, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Childish Gambino, and Logic. Other top artists are Vanic, Quinn XCII, Portugal. the man, AllttA, Marshmello, Kygo and Twenty-one Pilots. I listen to almost all genres and am always looking for new music.
Some of my favorite books are Thinking fast and Slow by Daniel Kahnemen, Cat's Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut, and The Stand by Stephen King.

I can assure that I will be a happy appreciative, open-minded and curious guest. I have countless interests such as medicine, education, politics, music, computer science, traveling, history, psychology to name a few and am always looking for more to tack on.
