I spent the first 22 years of my life in Michigan, US before moving to DC for work. After that I started travelling and now am backpacking through Europe for a few months. I love the feeling of being in a new place and working to find my future favorite spots. I like catching the main sights, but also finding local haunts and spending afternoons in the park getting a feel for the place.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Seeing a new place through the eyes of a local and meeting people I otherwise wouldn’t have met always turns out to be then highlight of a trip.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hiked Trolltunga in Norway while the mountain was covered in snow. 28 km up the side of a snowy mountain for 12 hours 😳 but worth it for the views.
