About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to love life and the people i enjoy it with, to learn, to grow beautiful vegetables and to cook. Travel before I re open my kitchen in a eco hotel off the west coast of Ireland, on the beautiful island of inishbofin.

ABOUT ME

I'm a 31 year old chef originally from dublin but currently living in Galway and Connemara, I love having a good time in life, enjoying good food and wine, good music and good times, I was sharing a house with 7 cool easy going people, a mixed house of spanish, german, Irish, hungarian and french. we worked on projects in our house such as our permaculture garden and building from recycled materials. That was before, now I live on a peacefull island on the west coast of Ireland, I operate a sustainable restaurant in a eco hotel, we compost, raise our own animals, support the only permaculture farm on any of the islands off Ireland and forage for ingredient from the beautiful coast line. For the winter I have been farming sheep and cows and doing construction, really out of place for someone from a city! But I learn quick, I am open and free thinking in all walks of life. I enjoy good company and learning from different people and situations.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is a short trip so chill out and enjoy. Look after each other, the land you live on and the food you eat..
