Что привело меня на Couchsurfing

To help travelers like me that want to visit and get to know other countries without having to spend all their savings in places to stay. Couchsurfing really helps you to know other cultures and their way of living and I like that very much.

I used to be a firefighter. Here in Chile, it's not a carreer, you have to volunteer and make it your "nonpayment second job". There are lots of classes and tests you have to do before getting in. I learned things like CPR, how to handle a chainsaw and extrication tools, to use and handle structural equipment and tools in general, and some techniques to use in height rescue, water rescue, and earthquakes.
That whole experience, that lasted like 4 years, was pretty amazing.
