ABOUT ME

I am first and foremost, an artist, a co-creator and an apprentice to life's journeys and teachings. Always curious, restless, a dreamer, a doer, inventing, designing, creating, eating chocolate, shaving my head, chasing women who like sushi and thinking up ideas (see www.artedivino.com or www.myspace.com/artcafe), I am heavily into painting, drawing and designing stuff....lots of stuff!!

I like traveling everywhere (of course, who doesn't?). I am fascinated by people and cultures from all around the planet and by their traditions, their upbringing, set of beliefs, circumstances that shape their lives, languages and infinite ways of communicating, their history and how we collectively evolve and adapt to changes, environment, ups and downs, challenges, goals and dreams.

One of my favorite hobbies is to cook with my friends and experiment in the kitchen while cooking up a storm!! You don't need to twist my arm to get me to cook. I have a strong affinity for garlic, pasta, thai food, chocolate, coconut-pineapple ice cream from Hawaii and nocciola gelato from Firenze, Toscana...the best !!, and I go insane for women who love to smile and wear summer dresses !!

I want to host because hospitality is a great 2-way street, with the potential for friendship and fraternity with people traveling all over the world, the same way I have been welcomed, hosted and pampered when I travel overseas. It's important to remember that we are all the same person, living, learning, loving and traveling, we are all ONENESS interconnected, linked and joined by the same ideals, the same body, mind and spirit !!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted and befriended people from Iceland, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, California, Ireland, Germany, Spain, France, Italy and Switzerland. They all have been amazing experiences !!
