Currently living in Alicante, Spain after operating a vegan cloud kitchen through the pandemic in Manila, Philippines! Also lived for a while in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, Vietnam!

Last September 2023, I visited one of the most remote islands in the Philippines. It was so remote that I had to hitch a ride back to the city with the Philippine NAVY ;)
