A meditation practitioner who is in the process of understanding life, in the perspective of wisdom and love of living beings and mankind. 'To share what is shared to me, to give what is given to me' is a way I show my gratitude to all those who has come across my life! Thank you for being you. May all the good wishes come true!

PHILOSOPHY

Life is uncertain, imperfect and subject to dissatisfying, that is why it takes a lot of energy to be with it and to sort out a single skill. Those who are willing to surrender to life will get the life surrender to them.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I know about CouchSurfing when I first traveled as wandering nun in France. I met the very good couple who surf their couch to me when I did not get a train on time and had to sleep in the train station. We exchange much spiritual growth wisdom and have an enjoyable discussion of life.

Since then, I have great experience being surf or host friends in this community and join activities around my area.

I meditate to understand body and mind in Myanmar for about five years. It was a healing process I need. I wander to many places to meet with those whom I meant to meet, sharing and receiving when events arise, open the mind and broader the view, to cultivate and optimize the potential inherited in a human.

I am a meditation and well being social catalyst, traveling most of the time in the last five years since 2009.
I have been trained in Burmese tradition meditation for five years, from 2004 to 2009, under the great compassionate of the Burmese community in Mon State, South of Burma. I feel the essence of body and mind could be transmitted so I started travel to meet people who vibrate with same wish.

If you are into exploring inner peace and unity, I will be glad to be your guest and share the skill I learned from Burma.
