ABOUT ME

French, based in Lyon grown up in Africa, I enjoyed CS while living in Sweden: a wonderful way of travelling! I only surfed when I was in Sweden and I want now to host to meet people from all around the world.

PHILOSOPHY

I want to be useful, I want to work where there is the most to do... Rural Electrification in Africa? Why not!

Anyway, I can begin to be "useful" working for NGO, that's why I am involved in Engineers Without Borders (France)

The question was philosophy, I don't really answer...
Maybe some little sentences translated from French:

"Pray for your enemies" (Tierno Bokar) a good thought is always far preferable than a bad one! A good action will alway profit someone.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Almost one year from now, surfed a little bit, participate to some event in Stockholm. I used CS to explore scandinavia : Uppsala, Copenhagen, Oslo and a Fjord in Norway (My best experience!). I hav'nt hosted anyone yet but I hope I will be able to do so in my current place in Lyon.

Sustainable development, developing countries, NGO, renewable energy production, mathematics, history, politic, music (a lot of kinds: jazz, world, classic, rock, listening and playing...), comics (French ones), singing, dancing (some knowledge in Salsa, Tango, Forro), rugby, biking, hiking, chess, cooking, going to restaurant to theater, to concert, to cinema... And taking time to meet people, to talk with them, to learn from them

音乐、电影和书籍

I particularly enjoy when I learn something from the movies I read or the book I watch.

Some of the movies I prefer are : enemy at the gates, cyrano, Seven Years in Tibet, doctor strangelove, 12 angry men, persepolis...

For books I love the ones that make you travel, in history, space or among people. The authors I prefer are Hamadou Hampaté Ba, Cavanna, Eric Emanuel Schmidt, Anna Gavalda... Only French speaking authors, sorry about that, but I am open minded and since my English level is good enough I want to discover more literature ;)

In music I love the one with some kind of "identity": which are not following the mainstream, or singer who have something to say. An extract of my playlist will be Massillia Sound System, Brassens, Carlos Nunez, Santana, Mes souliers sont rouges, Yannick Noah, the Dubliners, and some jazz, classic or pop...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Walking one a lava flow still hot near to Limbe (Cameroon).

Hiking in mount Allantika (Cameroon) and slept in a village where women are only clothed with leafs.

Since my stay in Stockholm I began to cook and I try to reproduce my mum skills, I can try to learn you some French recipe...

Take my list of interest : everything I know (or I think I know..), I will be glad to try to share it...
