ABOUT ME

I hail from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I love the outdoors, live music, snowboarding, camping, road trips, hiking, etc. I love meeting new people, especially from around the world.
I'm always pretty open to trying something new and I like meeting interesting people.
I really enjoy hosting at my place. I've also been surfing myself while my band is on the road and we always have a lot of fun.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've got a bright basement suite close to downtown, it's cozy and has free beds. I offer a place to stay, but also would be happy to show you around Calgary if you're interested.
I'm a single father, with a 5 and 7 yr old. My kids are totally awesome and a ton of fun. I only get my kids over half the time, so when they are at their mother's house I have lots of spare room in my home and free time to hang out.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed a number of times while my band is on the road, it's usually a great experience. Hosted a few really cool people as well. I really enjoy it.

I like pubs and bars, I'm not much for clubs.
I like to see a live band a few times a month and I play shows with my own band a few times a month. I like being around local music all the time.
In winter I go snowboarding, sledding, skating, cross-country skiing
