About Me

Current Status --------------------------------------------------------------

I am recently able to host again, and excited to meet my fellow surfers! Summer in Seattle is beautiful, and I can show you the best places.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm a molecular biologist from Michigan who made the move to Seattle about eight years ago. I like good beer and food, science-themed conversations, and not being too serious.

I'm passionate about seeing positive change in the world, and I'm contemplating entering into the field of politics in order to enact it. Meeting people from all over the world constantly provides new perspectives, and motivates me to make a difference.

I work full time as a lab scientist, but I'm available to hang out in the evenings and weekends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend recommended I join CS to meet people, and that definitely happened. Now I'm trying to give a place to stay to people who need it, and feel like I'm traveling without the hassle of airports.
