I always choose to live in nature. I love communicating with people as they reveal their interests/passions, and often how we support each other in unraveling the hinderences to fulfilling our goals in Life. I make just about everything I do an expression of artful living, enjoy tapping into the energy that molds the reality we experience. I absolutely Love making whatever is happening feel a bit more light or joyful!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just got back from a 5month journey in Costa Rica exploring healing facities, permaculture farms of sustainable living, life coaching intensives, and beaches of paradise.... I made this quest to fuel my inspiration to embark on a mission to create delicious gourmet cuisine designed to "nourish your flow on the go"... Back in Santa Cruz where I've lived the last 20 years, and needing some transition time before blueprinting the big business plan....

I served the most tantalizing healthy raw food creations, packaged for 5 day shelf life, at San Francisco & Berkeley farmers markets under the name "Core Elations" High Vibrational Culinary Creations for 12 years straight! Blissed out in creating, training, & serving the whole time!
