Hello I am Corey!

I am a first time traveller to Europe from British Columbia Canada. My original plan was to spend December and January travelling, but I am having too good of a time to go home 🤣.

I am an outgoing person who likes chatting, meeting new people and getting in the mountains whenever I can! I could never be a travelling social media influencer because I am terrible at taking photos and documenting my travels. Perhaps it’s because I like to live in the moment or perhaps it’s because I don’t have the patience to get the perfect pic!

I really enjoy the act of cooking, eating and socializing. Back home, I always cook food for my friends or prepare an appetizer to bring along. During my travelling in Portugal, something amazing happened and I finally started to love to drink wine! Before that I was an adamant beer drinker and enjoyed all sorts of craft beers and even worked at a craft brewery as a student.

I’ve adapted to life as the a traveller and I’ve spent so many days being a tourist. It’s been such a cool experience to stay in hostels and meet people from the global community - so many people from so many places. I also want to focus more of my time meeting the people that live in the countries that I visit so I can learn more about the places I visit :).
