ABOUT ME

Ok, my best friends would say all the wrong things. The things that I couldn't understand or don't believe myself. Like he's cool, kind, out there, on the edge (lol; with a laugh ofcourse....). I think i make strange choices at times; often choosing the more difficult path or the path with an insurmountable obstacle in the way. I'm a bit of a solitary person; I tend to make friends more easily with woman than guys.... but then the guy friends whom I consider my close friends (all 2 or 3 of them) are like gold to me.

PHILOSOPHY

I think its important to think further than our noses lead us to think. I think its important to make sure this continues to come about in our lives as otherwise we become institutionalised (locked within our comfortable limits; trying to get more and more comfortable) all the while becoming rigid in body/mind and deaf n' blind to the world around us. I believe we need others to help us see more clearly...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment just enjoying the company of all who I meet along my journey. I'm keen to meet people, find out what's happening in different places, share the fun and getting to know others (while also getting to know myself through that).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My initial experience was with a lovely woman from Armidale. It was a great introduction for me and inspired me to keep the idea of couch surfing fresh in my experience. Since then I have hosted one ultra remarkable person....thank you Rubina.

Interests

People calling it how it is. I like it most when people just are who they are...even if they are a little rough around the edges. I like listening to people sharing their thoughts; especially when it is about something that I hadn't considered before. I would like to meet more people and learn more things.

I love the movie Road to Perdition...or is it the soundtrack. Reckon its both. The Love Guru is pretty cool too, hehe. It was given the worst movie of the year award but I loved it.

I really enjoyed surfing the buses through the mountains ranges in the north of India...mushrooms in Bali, lol. Now that was a long time ago...

I've studied a bit on nutrition and shiatsu. Wanting to study more on those and Qigong....

What I Can Share with Hosts

The wide open spaces and native bushlands of the surrounding area. Local swimming holes and bush walking. Shiatsu, scrummy food, company when I'm free. Respect and consideration.......
