I'm currently an ALT on the JET Program living by the sea in Atsumi, Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, Japan.
PHILOSOPHY
Our minds are built up out of habit and personal experiences. I look at each day as an opportunity to create an a story that I can look back on with pride.
Interests
I do Judo with my students and local friends, read Japanese and English books, play music, and study Japanese constantly. I am also a practicing Buddhist, and meditate daily.
