ABOUT ME

Hi guys, I'm Corinne, I'm 28. I'm a pilot in school to become an airline pilot in Washington State. This is my second trip abroad, a much shorter one but I will still be making time to see lots. I enjoy good conversation, and a nice beer or glass of wine to go along!

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone deserves to be happy. I believe people are meant to be social creatures and create relationships with people all over the world. We are pack animals, and the more expansive your pack is the more understanding you can be. I like to believe that most people out there are good people who mean well, and have their own story to tell.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I currently am only a surfer as I will be traveling around Europe and my house is under construction so I haven't been able to host yet! I'm here to travel and enjoy new cultures.

I like to get a local's perspective.

Not here to date, I am a happily married woman. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed a few places, Amsterdam, Paris, Bruges, Albufeira Portugal, Lisbon, Portugal, and so far its been amazing! Love the people, love the spirit. By far the best experiences I've had on my previous trip have been couchsurfing!

兴趣

I like going on random adventures as often as I can, and being outdoors a lot! Everything from snowboarding, hiking, riding motorcycles, wake boarding, snowmobiling, riding bicycles, running, slacklining, team sports like soccer, and rugby, I love it all. But when it is super horrible out, I also love reading, fine arts, but most importantly MUSIC! I love music, listening, playing, I love exploring different types, especially when it is live!! There are not too many things out there that I don't like to do or am unwilling to try! And I'm ready to learn a few new things!

Comedies, Alternative music, Sublime, M.I.A., Lana Del Rey, Flume, The Doors, Just about everything! I grew up around music taking piano lessons for many years.

I enjoyed the Hunger Games series and murder mysteries.

1. diving head first into Teddy Bear Cove and experiencing the bioluminescence all around me
2. kayaking the caves and tunnels in Lagos, Portugal
3. Hiking out into the Giant California Redwoods, impossibly huge.
4. Skydiving
5. Thailand, full moon party on Coh Samui (I'm a horrible speller)

I am a decent cook, and a decent artist, I took 16 years of piano lessons, so I am pretty decent at that as well. As far as teaching people things, I may not be the best but I can try! I love learning things from people, and understanding new cultures. I believe all people are interconnected on a deeper level then surface contacts, and its up to us to spread the roots and become completely connected!
