Hello everyone! My name is Corissa, and I am a 23 year old female from California, USA. I’m a painter going to school for an art degree, an animal lover, and a solo traveler. ✨

I’m currently on my second solo trip to Europe, and could not be more excited! This time around, I am really looking to immerse myself in the culture and “live as a local” for a bit, as well as meet new, beautiful people.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I want to see the world from more of a local’s perspective. Try new foods, go to lesser known shops, cool spots, and cafes, etc!
I’ve also found that through couchsurfing you can connect with people on a deeper level than if you were just staying in a hostel dorm with 10 other people. I love the meeting new people and hearing their stories and their dreams. It’s quite enriching and gives me new perspectives and angles on life.

I love all things music- I mostly listen to indie / alt rock but have a huge range of music when it comes to my listening preferences. I could talk music with you for hours!

I also love to read stoic philosophy- my favorite is Marcus Aurelius’ Mediations. Currently working on Seneca.

I love organizing & am super neat so I definitely will not leave your place a mess! I’m not a great cook so unfortunately I can’t make you a meal, but my dishwashing skills are superior to most. ;)
