I have a cat and dog they are my heart.
My dog is my best girl and my best friend My cat is my little lion. I’m truly blessed to have them in my life .

Often times you can find me outside feet on the ground grass in my hair either I run inland or out to sea enjoying life.

Spiritual for me it’s energy intuition meditation and occasionally I like to play with my crystals and reconnect.

Animals hold a special place in my heart
we need them as much as they need us for this planet. from the sea to the sky and land I love all animals!

I’m not going to lie I love food ! and all the extra not good stuffs dance my passion and if I want to feel and move properly doing dance I need to watch what I fuel my body with but if I don’t fule my body with the right nutrition I don’t operate properly
