ABOUT ME

I grew up in Wisonsin, went to school in MInnesota. Spent a year after graduating working for Americorps through Habitat for Humanity. Yes, my education of Journalism led me to a job building houses, and now I'm teaching English abroad. If my history there doesnt show you, i'm very spontaneous and like to try new things. I'm scared of long term commitment and enjoy short term engagements so that if something sounds interesting I can go for it.

I absolutely love being outdoors and exploring new things. I love ice cream, I enjoy having meaningful conversations with people and hearing their viewpoints on pretty much anything they are interested in. I like listening or playing music.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to learn new things. I believe each person has something to teach me. Everyone is valuable in their own way and it excites me to get to know other people and hear their story.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have had a lot of friends active in CS, but either I never had the time to host of just was apprehensive about joining. Now i'm at a time in my life where I feel like i can really support this mission and am ready to be committed.
