ABOUT ME

Fun, outgoing, empathetic and always up for something adventurous and exciting. I am a working professional by day but have a traveling soul. I have traveled the world and love to meet new people and share new experiences with them.

PHILOSOPHY

Be nice, accept and appreciate people for their differences. Life is too short to get wrapped up in war, bigotry or self doubt. Education and experience is the key to understanding yourself and the world we all share.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to host some new friends at my home in Las Vegas, I have a spare bedroom. Since there are people from all over the world who come to Las Vegas I would love to hear your stories and adventures of traveling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have really enjoyed hosting people so far. I have met some great friends and have had good times hiking, socializing and going out with surfers. I don't have any travel plans right now so I am just hosting, meeting cool people.

Different ideas and perspectives, I really value self awareness and respect for other's cultures and opinions. I love great conversation and stories about people's life and experiences.

I like all types of music except country not a big fan. I read lots of books mostly nonfiction but sometimes I will sit down with a nice fiction novel. I love movies and watch everything from classics to current blockbusters.

At 17 I moved to New Zealand without a plan and found a family that would be willing to let me stay with them for a year while I attended school, surfed and played rugby.

When I was 19 I backpacked for 4 months ended up running out of money in Turkey and had to fly back to the states.

I once dropped a 40 foot waterfall in the secluded mountains of Montana for a first descent, I had to do it twice because my photographer didn't get the picture right the first time ha ha.
