ABOUT ME

About me, not much to say. I make films (mostly short-films for now) and write and edit books with my association, I play a little music (not in a while though, I may be rusty). I'm a movie eater (1994 DVD in my collection and counting) and I'm fine with it :D
Ow, and I'm a vintage gamer :)

Pas grand chose à dire à mon propos. Je fais des films (plutôt des courts-métrage pour le moment), j'écris et édite des bouquins avec mon asso, je fais un peu de musique (mais pas depuis un bout de temps, je dois être rouillé).
Je suis un cinéphage (1994 dvds dans ma collec) mais j'assume :D
Oh, et je suis un gamer vintage :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For a couple of years I hosted people whenever they needed, but since 2011 I'm back to my family to help my grandma a little, so unfortunately it's not really convenient for me to have couchsurfers right now, and that makes me sad :(
I hope it will be back to normal soon :)

Pendant plusieurs années j'ai hébergé des gens quand ils en avaient besoin, mais depuis 2011 je suis de retour dans la famille pour prendre un peu soin de ma grand-mère, donc ce n'est pas très pratique d'accueillir des couchsurfers pour le moment, et ça me rend triste :(

J'espère que les choses seront bientôt de retour à la normale :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Besides hosting people, I travelled all around France (and a little bit in Europe) to a lot of film festivals, so I've been hosted a lot these past years, and I met a lot of cool people.
I even met a former girlfriend of mine thanks to couchsurfing ^^
The only bad experience I had was during my last trip to USA. No one ever answered my calls :(

À part accueillir du monde, j'ai voyagé un peu partout en France (et un peu en Europe) dans de nombreux festivals de cinéma, du coup j'ai été beaucoup hébergé ces dernières années, et j'ai rencontré un tas de personnes cools :)
J'ai même eu une petite amie grâce au couchsurfing ^^
La seule mauvaise expérience que j'ai eu fut lors de mon dernier voyage aux USA. Personne n'a jamais répondu à mes demandes :(

Books : Moorcock, Pratchett, Simmons, Farmer, Lovecraft, Matheson... I've just finished a book challenge of 50 books and I discovered many authors I wouldn't have read otherwise (Jane Austen, Alessandro Barrico, Elisabeth Moon, Natsume Soseki...)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've seen the making of a Hollywood movie from inside.

I took a bath with my clothes on to handle the heat of India.

I've made a choregraphed fight scene in a municipal fountain for a short movie ^^

J'ai pris un bain tout habillé pour supporter la chaleur indienne.

J'ai tourné une scène de combat chorégraphiée dans une fontaine municipale pour un court-métrage ^^
