Music, Movies, and Books

I love the old greats. Prince, David Bowie, Queen, George Michael, Michael Jackson, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, Pink Floyd, Supertramp. These people inspire me to no end and always remind me what it means to be human. I also love many local artists from my hometown in South Africa like Freshly Ground, Robin Auld, Arno Carstens, Blk Sonshine. Recent artists would be Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, Paul Simon, Altj, Beck, Crowded House, Justin Timberlake, Massive Attack, Radiohead.

I don't watch TV anymore, and many movies I find these days far too black and white. But there are definitely some brilliant pieces of art out there. My favourites being the Studio Ghibli films. Also can't help but love the casts of the new Marvel movies ^_^

Haven't been reading much recently, but have just gone through a lot of the Clan of the Cave Bear series. Favourite authors would be Arundhati Roy, Ken Kesey, Jack Kerouac, Stephen King, Herman Hesse. Buddha, Christ, and the Bhagavad Gita.
