I am a student of English Teaching at the University of Utah, and am currently working on my bachelor's degree. I love my work-- I'm a university prep tutor for high schoolers, and I also plan events for people who have disabilities. Most of my time is spent enjoying warm summer breezes, making shitty jokes, and reading dense literary texts.

Mostly, I write poetry and creative nonfiction and read a lot. Like I said above, I generally like to read dense philosophy texts while drinking a cold craft beer on my porch (preferably a decent Belgian, if I am lucky enough to get my hands on one.) I like all the nerdy things like video games (mostly independent computer or iOS based stuff) and bad horror films and going to the symphony on weekend nights. I have played guitar for most of my life, so I quite enjoy a lazy jam session with fellow musicians, but I am not very good. To cover up my lack of talent, I generally quote Woody Guthrie; "If you play more than two chords, you're just showing off."

Oh also, I am very over the top and sarcastic, so if I sound like a pretentious arsehole, give it another read with that in mind.

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

Honestly, my passion is getting to know others and experience their perspective and way of life. I have recently fallen in love with traveling and the idea of couch surfing as a way of understanding the world through community. There is nothing so wonderful as getting a chance to see a city from the perspective of someone who wants to share their little piece of the world with you.

My profile is new and I don't have references yet, I have couch surfed before and aided a bit in hosting, but it was always with friends.
