About Me
CURRENT MISSION
If today is perfect, there would be no need for tomorrow...
ABOUT ME
Wow, this is tough. In brief, I am my own subculture... ;-)
Still wondering what my mission in life ought to be. In the meantime, say hello to as many people as possible and see as many things as possible, which will hopefully inform me of what my mission ought to be.
I'm cheeky, get on with anyone, and a relatively interesting story behind me. Will try most things for a thrill, law allowing!
Currently learning to ride a motorbike and hopefully that will get me to more places and quicker...
PHILOSOPHY
Too many to list. And they're all cliches!
Be good to yourself and others. Can't go wrong with that...simples!
Try to make a positive contribution outside of your circle of friends and family.
Put yourself in others' shoes because we often get caught up in our own problems and forget about others.
Don't judge people on appearances. Often the most fascinating, kindest people are not what they seem on the surface. I really believe that by judging people on first impressions many people miss out on a lot of opportunities. It also creates divisions.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Currently, I am a starter couch surfer, so I haven't hosted anyone yet..
The hospitality of CS-ers I find really inspiring. It's a great way of feeling like you've travelled without having gone anywhere at all.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have couch surfed once, and the host was brilliant and certainly added to the broader trip. The insight to the locality you get from a CS host is amazing - not the kind of thing you can catch with a camera.
