About Me

I'm a traveler, always in search of good connections with others. I have interesting things to share and contribute, and I will always respect your space.

I dig deep conversation, music, and most things spiritual.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hoping to make new connections in various places I go. I haven't used this site much, but I'd love to connect through here and widen my circles a bit.

Interests

Being outside, enjoying nature, hiking, swimming, mountains, beaches, music, Taoism, art, writing... LIFE :-)
Adventure and meditation... both are important!
I've been traveling out West for over a year, supporting myself with my wire-wrapped art.
I'm sure there's lots more I could say, but ultimately you just have to meet a person to get a feel for them. Namaste, y'all.

Music, Movies, and Books

My musical interests are pretty diverse. I don't listen to much hard stuff (metal, etc), but I dig jams, funk music and some electronic.
Recent fave book would be the Alchemist... also the Prophet.
Recent fave movie?.... the Shape of Water was pretty cool. I don't stare at screens as much as I used to, though. Captain Fantastic was interesting.
I guess I'd categorize myself as a philosophical person.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a month in the Yucatan jungles with a Mayan shaman. Probably the most beautiful thing I have ever experienced was being on top of a pyramid down there. The sounds of all the animals in the jungle, especially transitioning from night into day during the half hour or so of dawn, combined to form the most beautiful music I have ever heard.

Teach, Learn, Share

The best teachers know they are always still learning.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Compassion, good conversation, and myself. Always willing to help with chores, etc. I'm by no means a pro chef, but I do like to cook!

Countries I’ve Visited

Italy, Mexico, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
