Ive hosted people a few times in Munich and surfed many times around the world

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have loved pretty much every time Ive couchsurfed and made some really good friend through it. Only had one bad experience but that makes a nice anecdote at least to help break the ice when meeting other couchsurfers...!

When I was 17 (2003) me and my friends slept rough around Europe for around 4/5 weeks - (I should of set up fieldsurfing.com) We slept in one same field in Salzburg for a whole week, that was a nice field!
