I created this account in order to not only get free room when I travel but to also get a more fulfilling experience while I travel. In the past when I have traveled and stayed in hotels and I have always ended up feeling a little empty inside because I never truly got to experience the local culture. If I leave a new place not making at least one friend and learning at least one new thing, than the trip was in vain.

Went to Tokyo, Japan on a study abroad trip and visited many places including the site of the Atomic Bomb in Hiroshima. That really changes your outlook on life and death.
