About Me

I am Courtney. I don't have social media anymore, that doesn't make me a bad person right?

I am certainly a digital nomad, and sometimes just yearn for the great frontiers beyond the Cape of Good Hope where I spend most of all my days.

I enjoy relaxing with new friends sipping wine or whatever they prefer. The city can be draining, but beautiful. Or is it the floride count in the water? Hm..

Can you host me? I need some peace and quiet with strong wifi to work with and a cozy lifestyle to revitalize me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Sometimes hostels and hotels can burn a whole in my traveling money pocket.
Other times I'm interested to stay with a local or expat local to experience the reality of living there.
Most of all it's just knowing that there are people I can rely on and who can rely on me.
One world one love.

Music, Movies, and Books

At the moment my favorite book is "The things you can see only when you slow down" by Haemin Sunim.
Many a favorite film however I have always been fond of "Some Like it Hot", "Before Sunrise/Before Sunset/Before Midnight" and "Ratatouille".
My music taste is varied and I love to harmonize with music when I sing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The day I was born and started life. What an accomplishment :)
