CURRENT MISSION

My current mission... that's difficult. To learn Arabic and and travel, and to enjoy the very best people and parts of the places to I go- what better place to do that than in a new friend's living room?!

ABOUT ME

I think I'm a very lucky person, mainly because I've been fortunate enough to be influenced by many wonderful people and places all over the world. I've loved to travel since I can remember, and would currently consider it to be my greatest priority! I just graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill, in North Carolina. I'm a die-hard college basketball fan. I love the outdoors, and can't think of many better places on Earth than the side of a mountain...I have an obsession with delicious food, and try to cook as often as possible. I love my garden, and especially the cantaloupes from it. I am loyal, and fun, and generally very go-with-the-flow and content. I'll trust someone until they give me a reason not to. I enjoy the bright side of things. I am usually late. I love friends- old ones like they're family, and new ones like they soon will be. I enjoy photography, albeit I'm quite the novice. I try not to take the good things in my life for granted. I am very technically challenged and completely terrified of heights. Most importantly, I am very open-minded, and will happily sleep on your couch! Because, yeah, I'm broke too.

PHILOSOPHY

I live, a lot. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, and I find both ways fantastic.

Very new to couchsurfing, but I'm hoping to participate a lot!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've actually never had an official CouchSurfing experience! However, that absolutely doesn't mean that I haven't had a living room full of wandering friends, or been that person myself on another couch. The more the merrier!

One amazing thing I've done...Highest bungee jump in the world off of Bloukrans Bridge in South Africa. Unbelievable, never been so afraid in my life.
