I am a fun-loving & kind person who believes in community. I have a good sense of humor, and appreciate new experiences & opportunities for friends--all are very important to a life well lived!

I am currently attending the University of Southern California to earn a master's degree in gerontology, the study of aging. My goal is to build art-focused, service-oriented communities for older people that incorporate all generations.

I am interested in learning about the places I travel beyond the tourist experience. Staying with people native to where I travel is the best way to learn about the area--better than any guide book or website's recommendations.

Intereses

My interests involve all aspects of the arts, from music to poetry to film, and learning about the different cultures of the world.

I am an artist who works primarily in poetry and performance, with a deep appreciation for the avant garde and genre-defying work.

I love to explore the cities of the world (including my own--Los Angeles) and learn of the nuances that make cities unique. These are hardly ever tourist spots. I am more interested in seeking out a DIY underground concert or show or a weirdo art gallery.

Toured the United States from Brooklyn to Seattle with an immersive, multimedia poetry & music performance art show I wrote with my collaborator, called "The Cassfield 'Get Yourself Together' Tour." The second tour is currently in development!
